I am an operations and program management professional with over 10 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives across healthcare, behavioral health, criminal justice, public safety, and community outreach systems. Throughout my career, I have focused on improving operational efficiency, developing scalable workflows, building strategic partnerships, and leading teams through complex and high-pressure environments.
Currently, I serve as a Care Management Supervisor with Healthcare in Action, where I oversee multiple healthcare outreach contracts across Los Angeles County, including Culver City, Beverly Hills, Marina del Rey, and HIV-focused programs. In this role, I supervise and develop multidisciplinary teams, manage operational workflows, track performance metrics and revenue outcomes, and help implement systems that improve patient engagement, safety, and organizational performance. I also develop dashboards and tracking tools using Epic EMR, HMIS, and Smartsheets to support operational visibility and decision-making.
Prior to healthcare operations, I worked with the U.S. Department of Justice and the United States Courts, where I led community outreach, re-entry, and crime prevention initiatives in collaboration with federal agencies, law enforcement, probation officers, and community organizations. One of my proudest accomplishments was helping develop innovative re-entry and prevention programs that reduced incarceration costs, improved community outcomes, and strengthened partnerships across multiple systems.
My background has allowed me to develop strong skills in operational improvement, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, workflow design, strategic planning, and team leadership. I enjoy solving complex operational problems, building systems that improve efficiency and accountability, and collaborating with teams to create meaningful and measurable impact. I’m excited about the opportunity to bring that experience to Advantage Healthcare Services and contribute to initiatives that improve patient care, operational performance, and long-term organizational growth.
