• Supervise and manage four employees i.e. direct reports, provide training, give feedback and mentor for bright future prospect.
• Review and approve vouchers to pay vendors of TDEC in timely manner. Diagnose and resolve any voucher exceptions which prevent a voucher from being successfully processed.
• Manage 308 payment cards of TDEC, as a Pcard Coordinator. Initiate new cards in U.S bank and send new PCard file to General Service.
• Review performance and provide feedback to the Accounts Payable Accounting Manager on a monthly basis

• Unemployment tax auditing of businesses i.e. sole proprietor, partnership firms, corporation etc.
• Maintained account receivable including collecting delinquent taxes, if necessary put tax lien and garnish bank account.
• PSecure quarterly delinquent reports including served subpoena if default.
• Manage and audit wage protest of employer-employee disagreement.
