Zentech/Hillsborough County/- Registration and traffic control – 4/2021-Current

• Assist clinical staff to register and process individuals for Covid vaccinations and testing, at sites run and operated by Hillsborough Country Health Dept.
• Participate with logistics team to prepare and close out event.
• Regulated traffic control by directing vehicles to designated lanes that improved our efficiency in the administration of Covid vaccinations at the drive through campaign at Ed Radice Park

• Sold and upgraded internet services to AT&T small business customers by contacting them via telephone to upgrade or renew their Broadband service.
• Generated lead list for sales management team to contact and sell new broadband services to AT&T customers.
• Assisted IT manager to refresh and update company’s CRM and database to improve company’s order tracking status for our customers.
