I’m a UX Consultant and Conversational AI Designer with a strong foundation in user research, voice and chatbot design, and public health. I specialize in building AI-powered experiences—such as IVAs and chatbots—for small businesses, nonprofits, and enterprise teams. My background includes developing multilingual, accessible digital solutions, mentoring design talent, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders.

I’m also the founder of OVRFLW Digital, where I lead UX strategy, chatbot development, and website design projects.

I hold a Master’s in Public Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, which laid the foundation for my user-centered approach to problem-solving. I further specialized in UX through a User Experience Design Immersive at General Assembly, where I gained hands-on experience in research, prototyping, and human-centered design. This blend of education enables me to design empathetic, accessible, and data-informed digital solutions.
