30+ Years Management Experience
Successful management of large metal stamping and assembly plant, 500+ Staff with annual sales exceeding $150M supplying a vast customer base, Ford, Stellantis, GM, Toyota, Tesla, Volvo, BMW, Toyotetsu. Measure and ensure cost effective and efficient utilization of labor, equipment and facilities. Successful use of A3 Shop Floor Management.
Establish work schedules and staffing for all shifts. Insure adherence to Safety, Quality, and Manufacturing operating procedures. Measure and control KPIs for safety, quality, cost, efficiency, budget, labor, scheduling and morale.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using problem solving methodologies, PDCA, Kaizen and SMED. Develop and implement production plans and schedules. Lead and promote Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Develop teams to problem solve and implement continuous improvement through empowerment and engagement.
