I have a proven record of scaling businesses, including growing PTS Corp’s revenue from $12 million to over $120 million and directing operations for a $1 billion grocery cooperative that served more than 700 stores across seven states. My expertise spans corporate strategy, operational excellence, financial oversight, and supply chain management, and I’ve led teams of over 1,200 employees while consistently driving efficiency, profitability, and service levels.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a software engineer at Raytheon, where I led critical Pentagon projects in high-performance computing. With advanced degrees in mathematics and executive leadership training from Cornell University, I bring a balance of analytical rigor and practical business acumen to every organization I serve.
I hold a Master of Science in Mathematics from Texas Tech University, where my thesis focused on complex analysis and special function theory. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from West Texas A&M University. In addition, I completed executive-level continuing education, including the Food Industry Management Program at Cornell University and the NGA Executive Leadership Program, which further strengthened my expertise in strategy, leadership, and operations.
