Throughout my experience in management roles, I have perfected training practices, ran stores that uphold company standards, and practiced efficient and positive methods of communications in all scenarios I have faced whether with customer interaction or employee interaction. I strive for excellence and promote a culture of success by leading by example.

I am skilled at creating and implementing operational processes, onboarding and training for success, using sales goals to foster a business and customer first culture, using KPIs to coach employees to encourage growth, and schedule for successful shifts based on business needs.

I have my bachelors degree in Business Administration with and emphasis in Management.
