I design and lead learning and development programs, build people systems, and support leaders and teams so they can do their best work. My focus is helping organizations grow while making sure the people doing the work feel supported, capable, and engaged.
I’ve spent my career building and leading people-focused organizations in education and beyond. Since 1996, I’ve worked with children, educators, and families in progressively responsible roles—from school-based leadership to Director and Regional Manager positions overseeing dozens of locations and hundreds of employees. My work has spanned human resources, people operations, learning and development, performance management, and organizational design.
I specialize in creating scalable systems that help people thrive—whether that’s designing leadership development programs, implementing performance frameworks, or building processes that align culture with business goals. I’m passionate about helping leaders and teams grow, improving employee experience, and fostering environments where people feel supported, empowered, and engaged.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Southern Methodist University, where I majored in Sociology and double-minored in Psychology and Advertising. I also earned an MBA with a focus in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University, equipping me with advanced skills in organizational strategy, leadership, and business management.
