I have been an LPN for 17 yrs and have mainly worked with pediatrics but also have experience with LTC. However, my passion is in chronic care coordination. I love being the smiling face on the other end of the phone for pts that, a lot of times, live by themselves and have not talked to anyone in days.
I enjoy getting to know my patients and learning about what they enjoy doing, but I also love giving them tips on ways they can improve their health or just to be their cheerleader and cheer them along the way to completing the goals that we have set for them.
I have experience with pediatrics, LTC and phone triage/care coordination
I graduated from an accredited school and have also taken CEUs along the way.
