Participation in Internal and External Audits, the documentation requested during audits to verify compliance with the ISO 9001 and API Q2 quality management system. Manage findings during audits and inspections, implementing corrective or preventive actions when non-conformities are identified.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement process of the QMS, identifying areas of opportunity to optimize document management. Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and practices for document control. Ensure that all quality records are maintained in accordance with established standards. Ensure confidentiality and security, ensuring they are accessible only to authorized personnel
