I am a professional Environmental, Health and Safety professional with over 20 years of experience in heavy civil, MSHA, general industries, and construction, with a specialty in Culture Change.

In my career, I have provided strategic oversight and direction to ensure consistency and excellence Throughout in EHS programs. I have successfully led initiatives that align with organizational goals while fostering a proactive safety culture across teams and departments.

My certifications and qualifications include:

• CHST, MSHA, EM-385, NFPA 70E, and OSHA 30 (Construction & General Industry)
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER, HAZMAT, and CAL OSHA 10-Hour
• Competent Person for Trenching/Excavation, Scaffolding/Falsework, and Fall Protection
• Certified Trainer in CPR/First Aid, Forklift (Toyota, Crown, CAT, Nissan), Fall Protection, Confined Space, LOTO, and Hot Work
• Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers – Bakersfield Chapter
• Workers Compensation (Managing injuries from beginning to end avoiding litigation) Managed over 200 claims

I currently hold a CHST through BCSP and also hold and EM 385-1, and MSHA certifications.
