Jillian Lucena

I am currently a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks. I began as a Barista in 2022 and always looked up to my Shift Supervisors. I realized very quickly that it was my goal to become a Shift one day. For months I put my all into Starbucks and waited patiently for my opportunity. I was promoted to Shift Supervisor in October of 2024. I have learned so many valuable skills at Starbucks such as strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution to name a few.

My goal now is to take these skills and propel myself forward to new heights. I am seeking to build a career for myself outside of Starbucks. I am very interested in Event & Wedding Planning and would love to dive right into that field!
