I love my job buy working 6 and 7 days a week is taking a toll on my home life really enjoy training new people to the process to insure that we are making good product but have a loving wife and 3 kids at home and don't get to spend the time u want to with them and the upper mangment are all friends and don't promote on credentials to do the job its more of a buddy system and they promote who they want and don't see my self moving up in the company plus everyone is treated like a number instead of operator's

Started out laying asphalt running a paver box did that for a couple years them I got the job at sogefi and was a operator for almost a year then applied for team leader got the position and been a team leader for four and a half years in that time I've been over Ford Toyota Subaru Gm and done a little supvisor work such as the production report and a little Kronos work such as entering personal time off

Worked at sogefi for 5 years and 5 months and 17 days and still currently employed there with almost perfect attendance I do have a GED
