• Analyzed all accounts payable approved invoices and entered all invoices into Timberline software within its proper cycle in order to allocate expenses properly to the job cost as well as the overhead expenses.
• Communicated with the CEO about vendor payments to make sure that vendor payments are properly selected for payment and processed checks for President signature as well as responsible for disbursement of checks.
• Manage the collection and disbursement of all documentation such as lien waivers, tax exempts, certificate of insurances, certified payroll/monthly reports and w-9's related to our vendors, subcontractors and clients.
• Weekly meetings with operations in order to forecast, analyze and make decisions accordingly for the progress billings, change orders as well as in regards to job completion; as well as making sure that the billing be calculated, processed and disbursed to clients in a timely manner for all projects via AIA.
• Accounts receivable consist of weekly meetings with operations, and upper management ensuring that we are all within our set mutual goal for the company and within contract terms.
• Delegating any issues and or loose ends at hand ensures proper receivable collection.
• Some projects may require certified payroll, monthly reports and other related documentation which I also process/disbursed to ensure the timely collection of receivables.
• Constant customer service with clients to resolve any issues, relationship building and weekly customer contact in order to make sure receivables are received within its period due.
• Upon receivable collection I was accountable for depositing posting monies received, via online and even in person.
