I’ve spent over 20 years in inside sales and customer service, supporting global automotive programs and electronic component manufacturers. I enjoy being the connection point between customers, engineering, logistics, and sales—making sure information is clear, orders move smoothly, and relationships stay strong. • Support Michigan automotive and electronics customers on behalf of semiconductor and passive component manufacturers including Bourns, KDS America, Lexar Enterprises, Elo Touch, Qualcomm, and Elcom. 
• Serve as the primary inside sales liaison for the Michigan territory, coordinating closely with multiple outside sales engineers and managing high‑volume communication with OEM and Tier 1 purchasing, design engineering, and MP&L teams. 
• Oversee the full RFQ and purchase‑order lifecycle—quoting, order entry, weekly EDI releases, delivery coordination, and expediting—while ensuring accurate and timely flow of technical and commercial information. 
• Coordinate engineering samples, track component availability, and assist customers and distributors with sourcing, lead‑time updates, and technical inquiries. 
• Maintain internal and external CRM systems, updating customer data, opportunity pipelines, and sales activity to support forecasting, opportunity management, and regional revenue growth.
