Worked for 47 years as an aircraft maintenance Chief Inspector. Besides overseeing the mainteance performed I also would look for work area issues which could injure employees or damage the aircraft. I would wright manuals to include inspections for each department to perform on a day to day, week to week or month to month time frame. I worked hand in hand with other department heads along with the company owners and the members of the FAA to ensure our company areas were safe and secure..
As I mentioned before, I have 47 years maintaing safe aircraft along with creating and maintaining a safe environment.
During the 47 years of maintaining safe aircraft I attended yearly classes for workplace safety and security along with aircarft maintenace classes. Also instructed many classes.
