I have an academic background in Cybersecurity and my hands on experience has been with Tier II telecom operations support for almost 6 years. I was able to learn new technologies within 6 months to a year and was considered one of the best on my team. In my most current job which i was in for almost 6 years I provided technical assistance on team projects, such as large-scale changes on the PBX system and hardware deployments. Install and troubleshoot telecom hardware, such as IP desk phones, Polycom IP conference phones, wired/wireless headsets as well as mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets.
Bachelor's of Science in Cybersecurity that I earned in 2016 from The University of Maryland University College. Also, I was trained on Avaya telecom systems as listed on my resume in more detail.
