I’m a hardware nerd and server enthusiasti with 3 years of IT support experience.
I spent two years at Snap-on Credit as an IT intern managing their laptop fleet. This involved choosing specifications and laptop models, building the base image on smart deploy, and building and deploying a majority of the laptops used.
I currently work as a junior system administrator at BSGtech providing remote support and white glove support and equipment installation onsite for clients.
Currently finishing an associate degree at Harper College and studying for CCNA.
