At the IRS, I administer enterprise-wide Active Directory using Active Roles Server (ARS), manage and maintain ARS infrastructure—including patching and upgrades. Triag and resolve escalated Tier 3 identity and access management issues, including PIV card authentication. Additionally, I develop and deploy PowerShell scripts for automating bulk user and account-related tasks, providing customer support and technical expertise across a wide range of directory services issues.
Prior to my tenure at the IRS, I served as a System Administrator at the United States Postal Service (USPS) for over two decades. In this role, I oversaw infrastructure for more than 200 systems, managed enterprise SAN storage, backups, and disaster recovery protocols, administered WSUS servers, maintained multiple GIS systems, and supported financial systems. My experience in these areas has honed my skills in systems administration, automation scripting, and IT security.
