January 2021 to May 2023
Having many skills is very important when maintaining your career. As a specialist at Nissan, functions that I was responsible for included operating computer systems such as data input. I learned to become very familiar with excel as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.
Also, another function that was required from me everyday was verifying the assembly processes of new vehicles. To elaborate, I made sure that each unit was up to par and complete before moving to the next phase of assembly. This career allowed me to be a team leader, vocal, responsible, & more aware of my workplace environment.
May 2021 to December 2021
I am in charge of all ground service production for Below the wing and Above the wing services. I have to have wonderful customer service skills, I also have proper technical skills when it comes to directing aircraft as well as being responsible for the operations of fueling, Electronic gate controls, Conveyor belt handling, and having a connection and communication level with pilots, passengers and employees. I create effective working plans so the operations can run smooth.
October 2020 to May 2021
I was in charge for all services needed by customers. My role was to provide customers with unbelievable satisfaction by providing great customer service in order to provide the company with additional revenue increase.
My job was to meet with customers, schedule appointments, sell services to the customers and notify the customers on problems dealing with their vehicle. I had to build relationships with customers in order for them to continue wanting to bring their car to the dealership for their needs.
I was in charge of computer software, emailing, marketing, advertising, and promoting.
I also had to have good communication skills with the technicians in order to properly satisfy the needs of the customer. Made sure all services were completed and I was in charge of filing claims and keeping in contact with warranty companies.
