I’ve been supporting TSA in two prior contacts dating back to 2012. I’m passionate about serving the customer in any way I can to provide the best support possible. I’ve been a part of the client assurance lab for all changes proposed and carried out by engineering in the Production environment, from a testing perspective.
My job details are as follows:
Focus on Infrastructure software testing, specifically functional and regression testing and test case composition. Assisted with COTS/GOTS testing by providing efficient technical support utilizing personal knowledge to assist users/government entities. Increased lab maintenance responsibility with the addition of bi-monthly maintenance window support for CAL resources.
Additionally, provisioned accounts and oversaw the deployment of iOS and Blackberry software for iPhone/iPad testing, including ongoing experience with GC/BB/UEM/Airwatch administration, Integrated MacOS devices and software testing at the CAL, to support all functional, validation and regression testing requirements in the environment.
Prepared TEMP and TAR documentation, testing formal software, RFC and O & M solutions hands-on with the Engineering team to support ongoing environmental improvements and upgrades
