I am a Financial Planning Major at the University of Akron. My goal is to further educate people about money, and how they can make ti work for them! I am also competing in the Financial ConNEXTion Cruise Competition!
I interned at Wealth Impact Advisors in Fairlawn, Ohio. During this internship I worked along side the advisors to assist them for client meetings and day to day activities. This included using financial planning software to input client data and generating requested reports.
The softwares I used included RightCapital, eMoney, and MoneyGuidePro. During this time I also contacted carriers to obtain client RMD information so this information would be available for when the RMD is ready to be processed. Finally, I utilized Excel for many of the tasks that I was assigned to do.
I am currently in my last semester at the University of Akron Majoring in Financial Planning. I am expected to graduate in May 2024.
