Practicing Physical Therapy as an Assistant for 30 years in most settings and both full time and as a traveler. I am able to start a new job with very little training in their system. Have done PRN that has enabled me to see new patients I have never seen and treat them effectively as per the Physical Therapist Evaluation.
Most of my experience is in working in Skilled Nursing facilities, but I also have 5 years in home health experience and 3 years working in LTAC's, Rehab Hospitals. I can perform outpatient as well. I am skilled in most modalities and skill sets including CVA rehab, Heart rehab, Ortho rehab. I am capable of working with age groups from 16 to 100 plus. I have used most documentation and billing systems.
I have a Associates Degree in Science with a emphasis on Physical Therapist Assistant and I have been licensed and worked in two states, Maryland and Texas. I graduated from Penn State 1995.
