Joseph Jurich

I lead the People, Processes, Cost management, Performance and Reporting for investment organizations.

I have always managed people with purpose, kindness and honesty. I have always built a culture that relied heavily on controlled processed whether it involved asset management, trading, settling/serving assets, and documentation/reporting.

I have an MBA from DePaul University. It was an evening program with adjust faculty who were successful subject matter practitioners. I completed this program while I was head trader at a trading desk for Daiwa Securities and my wife and I were starting a family.

The MBA experience was wonderful. The lecturers and professionals treated me as a peer and helped me grasp many fundamental tenets of investments and challenged me to develop a self-learning process that I still use in my career and life to this day.

I also have been participating in training with the State of Nebraska. This training includes the State's Certificate of Leadership, Six Sigma Training and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) training. I have also have had investment managers present DEI education and training webinars to my direct reports. I have also attended conferences on DEI and ESG.
