Joseph Kinzer

I am an archivist, researcher, and university instructor with 10+ years experience doing in-depth interviews, ethnography, and critical analysis in addition to 5+ years working with archives. I help organizations build more usable repositories and employ user experience research methods to understand how and why users engage with content. I have a passion for music and the performing arts and find that traditions of cultural expression are great ways to understand ourselves, society, and the human condition.
