Josh Churchia

Nonprofit work has never felt like a job to me, it has always felt like where I am meant to be. For more than 10 years, I have been drawn to organizations that exist to serve others, and I have found purpose in helping them grow into what they are capable of becoming. I have a natural ability to see an organization clearly, to understand both its potential and the path required to reach it, and to translate that into something others can believe in and support.

I am creative by nature and think beyond conventional approaches, often recognizing opportunities that are not immediately obvious. I care deeply about helping organizations build sustainable growth so they can expand their reach and provide as much assistance as possible. My work includes developing fundraising strategies, identifying and pursuing funding opportunities, strengthening donor and foundation relationships, and building the internal structure and systems that allow organizations to grow with intention rather than urgency.

This work matters to me, and I take pride in playing a role in helping organizations strengthen their foundation.
