Going on 12 years in wastewater working over two plants experiencing an array of problems and obstacles caused by operators, industries, and environment have strengthened my ability to problem solve.

The education earned from 6+ years of running a construction business, organizing crews matching the right leads with the right help while dealing with customers have made me a people person able to interact with employees and public alike professionally. And more after working through an apprenticeship program and earning the highest grade license in Tennessee for wastewater, a lot has been learned from working at a plant that receives from a dairy plant experiencing high fluctuations in BOD and the usual I&I.
