• I come from a long line of Blue Collar workers. I did construction all the way up until I come from a long line of blue-collar workers and spent my early years in construction before enlisting in the U.S. Navy in 2004. As a Seabee and Combat Electrician 2nd Class Petty Officer, I was deployed to Iraq and Africa, leading a squad of 10 personnel in critical operations. My leadership skills and dedication earned me multiple commendations, including three Good Conduct Medals and three Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.

-After leaving the military in 2012, I worked in the electrical and construction trades for several years but grew tired of physically demanding work that primarily benefited others. In 2020, I transitioned into the cannabis industry, starting as a receptionist at Common Citizen and quickly advancing to Inventory Manager. Over the years, I honed my skills in compliance, operations, and leadership, managing multiple dispensaries, optimizing inventory processes, and writing SOPs to improve efficiency.

However, witnessing mismanagement and employee mistreatment in the industry reinforced my belief that leadership should be built on respect, fairness, and empowerment.

-Beyond my professional experience, I have been an avid gamer for nearly 37 years, from classic consoles to tabletop RPGs. Gaming has been a lifelong passion, and I see it as a powerful way to bring people together. This passion, combined with my deep knowledge of cannabis and commitment to ethical business practices, inspired me to create a space where gaming and cannabis culture can intersect in a welcoming and professional environment.

I have three Amazing kids, two amazing Grand daughters, and a Wife i wouldn't trade for the world.

-As a veteran, I have firsthand experience with the therapeutic benefits of cannabis, particularly in managing PTSD.
