I'm 36 years old, I was born in Cuba and live in the city of Miami in south Florida since 1996. As a young kid growing up in the U.S. and having been born in Cuba I always liked baseball and as a young boy fell in love with the sport and consequently began to learn how to play as well and long story short it's been my passion ever since and my favorite sport of course and I've been playing it for well over 27 years of my life on this planet. I briefly lived in Spain in 1996 before my arrival in America as I was a Spanish citizen since before I left Cuba because of my paternal grandparents they were both born in Spain so before I left I also became a Spanish citizen. I lived in Valencia for those 5 months I was in Spain and actually learned how to play soccer or as they call it there futbol or balonpie and it was my first sport, even before baseball amazingly. Throughout the years I developed not only a passion for sports and it's history and lore but also love writing about it and have accumulated a lot of knowledge too and I want to hopefully become a sports journalist for not just sports here in America or in Europe but worldwide and this is something I can do as soon as the opportunity becomes available to me, either remote and online or in person wherever the job position needs me to be. I plan to move to Madrid in the near future which is why I specifically applied for this position. I believe I have the knowledge and expertise to be the perfect candidate for this position and can start as soon as possible.
I don't have professional experience but I'm willing to learn and put my skills and knowledge to work
