I am a qualified medical interpreter with a 60-hour certificate of interpretation by Americans Against Language Barriers (AALB.org). I love to give to my community. I have done volunteering in different areas, while also taking leadership positions in academic organizations.
In the volunteering, I assisted many individuals with limited English proficiency achieve their goals, and I interpreted for them. I want to ocntinue servicing my community, and I see enormous potential with languages. Languages were made to close barriers.
Therefore, through interpretation, I can close barriers!
