I've been taking care of my mother and father in their senior years. They have since passed and would love to get back into the food service industry serving our elderly and their guests at a retirement establishment. First started as waitress, then prep cook , cook and certified dietary manager. Over 30 years, mostly in institutional food preparation. I do not wish to be in a management position. I just would like the food preparation and where ever I'm needed in the kitchen setting.
