I am a passionate, excited, and motivated person with relevant HR experience looking to relocated to Dublin, Ireland. My experience involves recruitment, training new hires, and educating on Title IX/equity policy. I am graduating in April 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a minor in Women, Gender and Sexuality studies.
I have more than three years in an administrative role, running a tutoring service for five to eighteen year old kids. Over the past years, I have managed, scheduled, and helped provide academic tutoring for over three hundred students. I have a deep interest in working with others and finding innovative ways to enhance the work environment.
I find great importance in ensuring a company or organization has the right tools and personnel onboard to create a positive and productive environment. I am multifaceted and a fast learner. My background in Diversity and Inclusion aid me in being an unbiased and welcoming support to new team members. On a side note, I have built my own PC and have many skills in relation to technology, interpersonal relations, and colleague engagement.
