My work at various communications firms further solidified my technical and interpersonal skills. At Marathon Strategies I pitched and wrote feature stories and op-eds, which heavily relied on fast-paced in-depth research on topics ranging from affordable housing to cannabis legalization. During my time at Sacks Communications, I copy edited legal briefs, marketing pamphlets, articles, essays and handbooks, while working as a policy intern for our largest client, a nonprofit construction advocacy group, Women Builders Council.
