Julia Wilson

Julia Wilson is a junior student at the University of South Carolina who is majoring in Public Relations. While at the university, Julia has maintained a 3.8 GPA which has earned her a spot on the Dean’s list two years in a row. She has great attention to detail as well as intensive writing, organizational, and social media skills. Julia’s ambition is to work in marketing, specifically in the nutrition and wellness field. She has gained considerable experience in communication and customer service while working in the food and beverage industry. As a server, Julia effectively collaborates with her coworkers and actively listens to the customers. She is eager to create a positive environment and is committed to giving customers the best experience possible.

Julia grew up with her four siblings in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Being one of five was not easy growing up; it came with regular teasing, constant bantering, and zero privacy. However, Julia now recognizes and appreciates the benefits of having a large family. These benefits include always having a support system and learning teamwork and responsibility at a young age. In her free time, Julia enjoys staying active by going on runs or going to the gym. She loves being outdoors and finds working out to be an outlet to de-stress both her mind and body. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to Julia, which is why she is passionate about using her skills within the nutrition field
