I have been in retail for the longest time. I started off being a manager and then moving companies to become an operations manager and developed great skills in the process. The I moved towards the HR side and because a talent acquisition specialist and love it due to the interactions with so many people.
I have a bachelors in Sociology and a minor in Criminal Justice.
