Justin Arriaga

Currently, I just graduated in May 2022 from Goucher College with a degree in Engineering Science with a discipline in Physics and obtained a minor in Business Management. During my time at Goucher, I was a member of the Men's Lacrosse team where I was nominated as a captain for my junior and senior year. My time on the team taught me time management, team work skills and leadership skills.

I believe that the skills I have attained from the liberal arts environment and vigorous course load define me and I am looking forward to implementing and polishing these skills in any opportunity that I receive. I have been working towards multiple certifications to expand my knowledge and help me grow my qualifications.

For my business management minor, I interned at a company called Essentia Advisory Partners. Here, I developed training programs for different coding languages used in the company’s applications, developed one-to-one relationships with fellow interns and employees through community building and networking, updated essential confidential and proprietary documents for the use of the company and their clients, and successfully experienced day-to-day operations of a cutting edge commodities training organization.

At Goucher, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science with a discipline in Physics, as well as, obtaining a minor in Business management. In my senior year, I took a course where I completed different labs that touched on different principles within engineering (optics with microwaves, temperature change, structural stiffness of beams, and lift on a wing).
