About

I’m a 45‑year‑old creative professional born and raised just outside Boston, now building a career shaped by hard work, and a genuine love for connecting with people. My experience spans graphic design, art, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and customer service—giving me a well‑rounded perspective on how ideas become products or content and how they become meaningful experiences for customers. Whether I’m designing visuals, supporting a team, or helping solve a client’s challenge, I bring a mix of creativity, practicality, and a strong commitment to doing the job right.

Outside of work, I’m a husband, a dog owner, and someone who finds joy in art, music, and design. These passions keep me inspired and grounded, and fuel the creative energy I bring into my professional life. I value kindness, honesty, respect, empathy, and humor—qualities that shape how I show up for others both personally and professionally.

At my core, I believe in teamwork, unity, and building respectful working relationships where people feel supported and motivated. I take pride in hard work, having fun along the way, and keeping customer service at the center of everything I do. I’m always looking for opportunities to collaborate, grow, and contribute to environments where creativity and strong values matter.

Experience

My professional background spans more than two decades across manufacturing, design, sales, marketing, and customer service, giving me a uniquely well‑rounded understanding of both operational efficiency and creative problem‑solving.

I began my career in manufacturing at Harvey Building Products in Woburn, MA (2000–2007), where I developed a strong foundation in manufacturing, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and backend operations. I continued to build on those skills at Vessel Inc. in Boston, MA (2007–2008) a design company and retail store, taking on shipping and receiving responsibilities while also supporting front‑end operations and assisting the design team when needed. From 2009 to 2012, I worked with Stanley Tools in their distribution warehouse, further strengthening my logistics, fulfillment, and operational expertise.

Since 2012, I’ve been part of Runtal North America, beginning with 9+ years in a customer service role while also being responsible for the residential and commercial order entry, and warranty/returns processing. My role shifted in 2021 when I joined the sales team as an inside sales representative, while making contributions to marketing, content creation, and graphic design.

This position has allowed me to blend my creative strengths with my operational background, contributing to brand development, customer engagement, and overall business growth. Alongside my full‑time roles, I’ve also worked as a contractor providing graphic design services, including collateral development, multimedia content creation, logo design, and video/audio production. This combination of hands‑on experience, creative capability, and customer‑focused work has shaped me into a versatile professional who thrives in collaborative, fast‑moving environments.
