Quickly positioned myself as a top performer within sales ranks, which, combined with my operations background, led to being tasked to take a leadership role in managing my home branch. Initial responsibilities included prospecting, cultivating, and maturing relationships with contractors, property managers, and manufacturers. Once in place as Branch Manager, was responsible for overall branch P&L, building maintenance, delivery of all sales, supervision of 5 employees, and forward-looking planning.
Redefined the Branch Manager position within the region.
