Currently, I am an Operations Team Leader, supervising the inbound area for a EPL organization. I have excellent leadership, organizational, coaching, and time management skills. I have a talent for communicating with employees, providing feedback and direction in a positive and supportive manner.
I am capable of interacting with difficult individuals, diffusing stressful situations in a calm and productive manner. I learn new skills and processes quickly and am able to integrate them into my daily routine easily. Learning and expanding my skill set is important to me; I strive to become a valuable asset to the organization.
I am dependable and responsible, and I hold myself accountable to perform at the highest levels.
My experience extends from performing as a customer service representative, tracking all outbound shipments to leading my organization's inbound area and supervising a variety of employees. My ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, communicate clearly and positively, coach and direct employees to improve productivity enabled me to ascend to my current role. I currently perform many supervisory roles, including inspections, monitoring time and attendance, and evaluating and refining processes.
I am poised to formally rise to a supervisor's position; however, I am interested in relocating to a new market and environment.
I obtained a BS in Human Resources Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Capella University in 2015. Following completion of my undergraduate work, I enrolled in the master's program, finishing with an MS in Human Resources Management and a degree conferred with distinction. My course work provided opportunities to delve into organizational management and employee development, which I believe have contributed to my success and ability to communicate positively and encouragingly.
