My previous work at NextEra Energy/Florida Power & Light has provided me with skills including responding to customer concerns and communicating those to the necessary teams that are working on the project, utilizing organizational skills and being quick to respond to questions, as well as being tasked with scheduling and hosting the necessary meetings to keep the work order process moving smoothly.
