Kaidence Gromowski

I am a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a strong passion for expanding my skills and building meaningful connections within the nursing field. Through hands-on experience, I strive to provide high-quality patient care while continuously learning and improving my abilities. I am committed to personal and professional growth as I prepare to further my education by attending nursing school, with plans to graduate in 2027.

My goal is to develop the knowledge and expertise necessary to make a lasting impact in healthcare, ultimately advancing my career as a nurse.

I have a strong background in leadership, community support, and patient-centered care, with a passion for healthcare and education. As a Team Lead at Dairy Queen (2018–2022), I developed skills in team training, operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. Currently, I work at Kwik Trip (2023-Present), where I provide excellent customer service while maintaining adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

My volunteer work reflects my commitment to serving others and addressing community needs. At the Center for Leadership of Afrikan Women’s Wellness, I supported trauma recovery efforts for African women. I have also tutored children impacted by distance learning, assisted staff and animals at an animal shelter, and contributed to patient care through volunteering at a charitable pharmacy.

I am currently pursuing a nursing degree at UW-Milwaukee, with an expected graduation in 2027. I previously attended Moraine Park Technical College, where I earned my Nursing Assistant certification. In addition to my academic achievements, I hold AED and CPR certifications for adults, children, and infants, and I am certified in naloxone drug administration, equipping me with critical skills for emergency and patient care.
