Interior Design graduate and previous student member of American Society of Interior Designers at both National and University Chapter levels. Currently pursuing entry level experience in Project Management and both Residential and Commercial Interior Design.
Sales Specialist for flooring, window treatments, and kitchen design. Through this position I have utilized 20/20 Design to create revamped Kitchen designs for both simple design changes and complete remodeling, as well as a Specialty Design Configurator to create custom window treatments for both professional installations and do-it-yourself projects. I assist in building project estimates for both professional installations and do-it-yourself projects, working with vendors and installers for pricing and product information, lead times, and order follow up; and assisting in material selections alongside contractors and clients.
Sales Floor Supervisor experience in overseeing the operations of various specialty departments. Through this position I communicate and maintain sales metrics and expectations with my team and have furthered my responsibilities of working with vendors and installers for pricing and product information, lead times, and order follow up; as well as resolving installation and product issues. I attend and host several meetings weekly to review sales metrics, business changes, and associate behaviors with higher management as well as my own team.
