I developed customer service skills during my undergrad studies where I explored different creative pursuits. My experience working as a political consultant consisted of communicating a message of improving the community across layered demographics. Building from this, my sales experience at Nespresso was focused on communicating and bridging my passion for (Nespresso) coffee in alignment with the overall goals of the brand.

I studied abroad in Oxford, England and worked with various other contemporary artist to examine how our art is communicated in a social context. Important feedback gave me the opportunity to gain insight on how my work influences an audience, thus further developing my creative process. My experience as an artist has been fundamental to my successes as a sales specialist because I am able to empathize with the customer's needs and guide them to personal fulfillment.
