Karen Morrow

My name is Karen Morrow. I am currently working as an Escalations Specialist at Wells Fargo. That is a fancy way to say that I deal with customer complaints. I support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.

I have been in the Banking industry for over 20 years. I am able to comply with Bank Policies and Procedures, as well as Regulatory Compliance. I also keep abreast of industry regulations and changes.

I am a 1990 graduate of Appalachian State University.
