I'm 17 years old and i have had 4 different jobs and at all of them they have wanted me to train to be a manager within a week or two of me working there. i love hands on work where i can get a workout while working. i take great pride in my work and feel as if everyone should do the same no matter the job. I've been left to run multiple stores by myself at 16/17 years old and i handled that task well and was able to keep a normal flow.
Little Caesers- I worked at little caesers two seperate times for about 3-4 months both times. This job had me become shift leader both times within weeks of working there. i was also training to become a manager by doing everything in the store and running the store by myself on multiple occasions. I parted ways with them because of poor management and me being taken advantage of.
Scoville Hot Chicken- I worked at Scoville for a couple weeks on their food truck working events in Atlanta. Off rip i was tasked with cooking, getting sales, and talking to customers. I was also working in store for a couple days and i feel as if i handled it well and i never heard anyone have an issue with me.
Fit4Kids- I started working for this business in 8th grade and currently still work for them. I was tasked with running stations by myself where i had to monitor the safety of kids and keep the parents happy. I would work 15 hours days with hardly any breaks on my feet the whole time. Along with that i would have to help unload and load up the 500+ pound inflatables.
We Do Everything- I started working for this business about a year ago and still work with them time to time. It is a landscaping/contracting business my buddy started. We would work early hours, late hours, all day, all night. This job has helped with my skills when it comes to completing a job exactly how it needs to be done. It also taught me to have pride in my work and not give 50%.
I am a senior currently working towards getting my GED.
