I am a dedicated ELL Specialist at Riverview Gardens School District in St. Louis. I am also pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) specializing in ELL at National University, California, with an anticipated graduation in 2026.

With extensive experience as an English Language trainer and an independent ESL trainer for adults, I am passionate about teaching and empowering students. I hold a Master’s and bachelor’s degree in English literature/language from Vinoba Bhave University, India, and I have earned certifications, including Cambridge CELTA, TESOL/TEFL, and British Council IELTS. I am known for my exceptional communication skills, ability to connect with students, and talent for presenting complex information in a clear and tailored format.

I am an experienced English Language Learning (ELL) specialist and educator with a diverse career spanning multiple roles and regions. Currently, I serve as an ELL Specialist at Riverview Gardens School District High School, where I focus on fostering academic success for multilingual learners. I also work as an ESL trainer for adults with Tutor Doctor and provide freelance IELTS/TOEFL coaching.

My professional journey includes teaching high school English in India, serving as an Assistant Professor in Bangalore, and training university students during my CELTA certification at Missouri State University. With strong communication skills and advanced certifications in TESOL/TEFL and CELTA, I excel in designing culturally responsive curricula and promoting student achievement.

Additionally, I completed a British Council Masterclass for IELTS Trainers. These certifications have strengthened my expertise in language instruction and enriched my ability to support diverse learners effectively.
