Facilitate all Small Groups leaders ensuring connectivity, assimilation, discipleship and development of community within the adult body of the church.
Responsible for the development, administration, and study materials for the small groups.
Oversee the equipping and maintenance of the leaders for all the Spiritual Formation groups which includes our CMC’s, LMC’s and Ordinands.
