I have been a trained Artisan Baker and Pastry Chef professionally for over six years and am very passionate about helping others create memories that last a lifetime with a commitment to customer satisfaction and overall sustainability along the way.
I have created my own business. Shmayz Bakery that has recently had some success along with baking personally for Actress and global activist Jane Fonda; as well as creating my own recipes for restaurants such as Zaidy's Deli.
I graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 2019 with an Associates Degree in Science/ Baking and Pastry and studied Business Management as well before the schools closure in 2020 after Covid.
