Newly licensed administrator for ALF/RCF facilities, but have been in the field for 15 years. I am familiar with OAR’s, ABST, Quality Metrics, & state survey. I have also been the main point of contact for admissions.
I started in this field as a caregiver/Med Tech on NOC shift. I worked my way up to different managerial roles through the years & became a licensed administrator in April 2025. I have a passion for helping people & I enjoy coming to work every day.
My most recent education was taking the OHCA Administrator‘s course. Hands on education would be working as an Executive Assistant for the last two years.
