Partner with the leadership team to ensure that HR’s goals/priorities were driven by/aligned with the overall business needs
Process and research payroll errors and process payments for federal and state taxes, social security, Medicare and various employee deductions, annuity contributions and retirement plan withholdings
Present and direct 401K, medical, dental and vision benefit packages
Manage the US salary administration (3,500+ US based employees) program through Compease (a comprehensive software system)
Handle Employee Relations issues, investigations and follow-up by maintaining proper protocols throughout investigations and disciplinary procedures
Plan and manage the onboarding process and recruitment activities for new hires using ADP and strategic personnel,
staffing and position management practices
Evaluate success of training programs and recommend improvements to upper management to enhance effectiveness
